Meet the Administrative Staff

Julisa was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and earned her associate degree in Secretarial Sciences from the CUTB of PR. Julisa joined Highland Lakes Dental in 2018 and currently serves as our Dental Insurance Specialist. Julisa brings a diverse set of administrative skills to our team, her expertise in insurance matters and range of administrative skills has contributed significantly to the smooth operation of our practice.

In addition to her administrative skills, Julisa is a certified Group Coach and Personal Trainer, reflecting her passion for physical activities. Her favorite hobbies revolve around outdoor activities, a testament to her love for an active lifestyle. Beyond her professional pursuits, she takes pride in being a mother to two wonderful children and sharing over 22 years with her supportive husband. In all that she does, Julisa adheres to a life motto: 'Whatever you do, do it with your heart.'

Anthony moved to Florida with his family in 2017 from Philadelphia. Anthony treasures moments spent with his family and their two dogs, Jaxon, and Chase. Anthony has dedicated the last five years to the dental field, where he has not only gained valuable expertise but also developed exceptional dental customer service skills. Anthony joined the Highland Lakes Dental Team in 2023 as a Front Desk Coordinator. Anthony understands the importance of empathy, clear communication, and a reassuring demeanor in the dental setting, making him an asset to our practice.

Apart from his career, Anthony has a passion for delving into historical events and social studies literature. He finds joy in expanding his knowledge in these areas and this curiosity not only enriches his personal life but also adds depth to his interactions with others. Anthony possesses an impressive talent for shopping and finding great deals. His knack for spotting bargains showcases his practical skills and adds a delightful flair to his personality.

Michelle is originally from Long Island, New York and relocated to Florida in 2021. Her healthcare career started in 2016. Michelle has demonstrated a talent for coordinating patient care across different specialties. Her expertise extends to ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their treatment and feel confident about their healthcare journey. Michelle's commitment to comprehensive patient care has been a hallmark of her professional journey in the dental field. Currently, Michelle is a student at Valencia College and is working on her associate degree. Michelle remains focused on using her academic pursuits to provide even higher levels of patient care in the future.

Michelle shares two daughters with her high school sweetheart. As a family, they enjoy playing board games, spending time at the lake, and engaging in art projects together. To relax, Michelle enjoys lounging with her dog and escaping into the world of books, finding solace in the pages of a good story.
